Nordkapp 4you - Spitsbergen  - 10 days - Dogsledding

Time period: Starts April 3, 2023 and April 17, 2023

In April we have two long expeditions. In 2022, one went to the North Cape and the other to the mountains between the Finnmark plateau and the alpine area in northern Tromsø.

The 2023 expeditions have not been decided yet. We are now working with several alternative levels, including Kirkenes through Finland to Alta, are also planning a new North cape trip and the last alternative is the Spitsbergen expedition in the spring of 2023.

This dogsled tour contains what an dogsled expedition in the Arctic should contain, from simple hours on beautiful tracks, to challenging and loose tracks that we break ourselves with the North Cape at the top of the compass!

Join the best trip of the season. We go on these trips at the best time, when the days are long, the cold is not as cold as in the middle of winter, the snow is stable and the char under the ice is in its best fishing bite.

We use both a mountain lodge and tent on this trip, also put in quiet days for both dogs and you. So that it will be possible for you to enjoy hours and days on a trip, enjoy coffee in the sun or hunt Finnmarks char under the ice.

Experience with tent life is an advantage, but not necessary! If you are in normal physical shape this will be an experience of a lifetime.

The dog team pulls us forward, at times it goes slowly but surely. Other times we flew over frozen frozen water, cold Arctic snow and through Finnmark's famous landscape with skerries and students winding their way across endless landscapes.

Good lunch together with hot drinks that are eaten in the field, after the tent has come up, there will be quiet hours in the tent with dinner and fun.

• Dogteam adapted to the guest's skills are included.
• Winter clothing like scooter shoes, scooter clothes, polar hat, polar mittens, ski goggles / scooter glasses, headlamp.

• Guide will be the owner of the dogs and with much arctic experience. The guest is part of a safe experience.

Group size: Small group, organizer with only one guest as well, but then with 30% on the price. More than 6 people on request
